I understand that life happens, and sometimes things can come up that are out of your control. However for my protection I do have to put in place a cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. If you fail to notify me and do not show up to our scheduled appointment a No show charge will result in a 100% of services scheduled charged to the card on file. I hope you can understand and respect that my time is valuable, and sometimes I cannot fill that spot without reasonable notice. Thank you.
